KAPCSN (Kingman Area Partnership for Children with Special Needs), is a non-profit organization that partners with parents, professionals, or anyone interested in coming together to improve the lives of those with special needs. KAPCSN Vision Statement *Community partnerships, pathways and opportunities for greater independence KAPCSN is always growing and improving and is a community team that supports independent capabilities.
