Cigarrette butt in my baked beans!

Kentucky Fried Chicken

During a visit to this KFC, I found what appeared to be a cigarette butt in my Baked Beans. Management did nothing to rectify the problem other than offering me replacement beans which I so strategically declined. I am sure it was probably one of their teenage employees trying to make trouble which is common in the fast food industry, but what surprised me was the way management handled it. The manager did not care at all, almost as if this happened in a 3rd world country. The manager basically said: "There is nothing I can do but replace your beans". Judging from her lackadaisical response, I would gather that this was not a high priority issue.

If this was one of my customers, I would have given them an immediate reimbursement and a signed letter of apology stating the problem had been rectified. I received none of this, but Instead offered another helping of "butt-beans".

So if you happen to like "butt-beans", you should definitely give this KFC a shot.
